Refund & Cancellation Policy: Strategy Consultations

At Goya de Hoog Consultancy, we value Precision and Efficiency. Because a strategy session involves dedicated preparation and the allocation of expert time that cannot be recovered, the following policy applies to all paid bookings.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/Dutch Law)

Under Dutch consumer law (Herroepingsrecht), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

• Waiver of Right: By booking a session to take place within this 14-day period, you expressly request that the service begins immediately. You acknowledge that once the consultation has been fully performed (i.e., the session has ended), you lose your right to a refund under the cooling-off period.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

To maintain operational efficiency, we require a minimum notice period for any changes:

• More than 48 Hours’ Notice: You may reschedule your session or request a full refund (minus any third-party transaction fees like Stripe or PayPal).

• 24 to 48 Hours’ Notice: You may reschedule your session once at no cost.

• Less than 24 Hours’ Notice / No-Show: Fees for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-shows" are strictly non-refundable.

3. After the Consultation

• Service Delivery: Once the consultation has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable. The value provided is the expert analysis and strategic roadmap delivered during our time together.

• Unbiased Advice: Please note that a consultation fee does not guarantee a specific visa outcome or university admission. Our ethical commitment is to provide honest, evidence-based guidance regardless of the complexity of your case.

4. The "Strategy Credit" Incentive

In alignment with our goal to save you money, if you choose to proceed with a Comprehensive Service Package within 30 days of your initial consultation, the full amount of your consultation fee will be credited (deducted) from your total professional service fees.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request via the original payment method.
