Visa Types
Family Visit Visa (Schengen Visa - Private Invitation)
While this falls under the standard tourist visa category, a Family Visit Visa relies heavily on the legal backing of a host residing in the Netherlands.
Orientation Year Visa (Zoekjaar Hoogopgeleiden)
This permit is designed to retain highly educated international talent in the Netherlands by giving them a window to find a high-skilled job or launch a start-up.
Highly Skilled Migrant Visa (Kennismigrant)
For corporate clients and highly educated international professionals who have secured a job offer in the Netherlands.
Navigating the Dutch immigration system (IND) can feel like trying to cycle against a fierce Dutch headwind. Whether you want to explore the canals for a few weeks, reunite with the love of your life, or scale your professional career in Europe’s most dynamic tech hub, getting the paperwork right is your first step.
As a Netherlands-based immigration and education consultancy, we bridge the gap between global talent, international families, and the rigid guidelines of the Dutch authorities.
We specialise in six core immigration tracks, divided into Short-Stay and Long-Stay pathways.
This is for clients who want to visit the Netherlands for vacation, sightseeing, or leisure.
Short Stay Tourist Visa (Schengen Visa - Type C)
A highly specialised and life-changing pathway for non-EU parents who are the primary caregivers of a minor child (under 18) who holds Dutch citizenship.
Chavez Visa (Chavez-Vilchez Permit)
MVV Partner Visa (Family Reunification)
For clients outside the EU who want to relocate long-term to live with their spouse, registered partner, or unmarried long-term partner residing in the Netherlands.
