Visa Support

In Australia, it is unlawful for anyone to provide immigration assistance unless they are a Registered Migration Agent, an Australian legal practitioner, or an exempt person. Registered Migration Agents, regulated by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), are legally authorised to advise on visas and must meet strict professional standards. They are required to follow the MARA Code of Conduct, maintain current knowledge of migration law, and hold a unique Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN).
